Jenny Tapia

Tapia joined Ingenuity when the firm was established in 2005 and has been involved in the company’s success since the beginning. She grew up in the Dominican Republic and earned her degree in accounting and finance from Antillean Adventist University in Puerto Rico.  With over 30 years of experience, Tapia is well-versed in managing financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving financial transparency and accountability across the organization. Outside of work, she is actively involved in community initiatives, volunteering her financial expertise to nonprofit organizations.
