The project consisted of providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection professional engineering design work for the above referenced mid-rise apartment project.

• +/- 1750 sq.ft fitness facility/pool bath/compactor enclosure
• +/- 6,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse facility
