Ingenuity Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services associated with designing a 9-story residential apartment building. This project consisted of 299 units, 3-story partially ventilated garage, 3,000 SF of leasing office space, and 6,700 SF of retail space.
