Ingenuity Engineers provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection professional engineering services associated with designing a 7-story mid-rise mixed use apartment facility located in Tampa, Florida. The project included 5,000 SF of retail space located on the first floor, 158 units located throughout second through seventh floors, and 5,000 SF of amenity areas.
