Ingenuity Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services associated with designing a 6-story, 247 unit apartment building with a ventilated parking deck, 12,000 SF of restaurant/ retail space, 8,690 SF leasing space, and a mid-rise parking deck with 390 parking spaces. Construction completed 3rd quarter of 2014.
