Ingenuity Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection professional engineering services associated with the design of a 103,000 sq. ft. Non-AHCA medical office building and an expansion of 475-500 paces to an existing parking structure. The design included 10,000 sq. ft. of tenant build-out for an AHCA reviewable surgery center, 5,000 sq. ft. of tenant build-out for an ACHA reviewable radiology center, and cold dark shell for retail on the first floor.
