Ingenuity Engineers provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection professional engineering services associated with designing a (2) 4-story mid-rise apartment community buildings consisting of a total of 296 residential units comprised of ten (10) types within it. The project also included 1,750 SF fitness facility along with a 6,000 SF Clubhouse facility.
