Ingenuity Engineers provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection professional engineering services associated with designing this mid-rise condominium project named Mona Lisa. Project included 235 residential units, approximately 206,000 square feet. Construction budget was $25,000,000.
