CLIENT BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This newly restored Italian influenced restaurant is located in Downtown Orlando’s Church Street Station in the Bumby Arcade. Featuring a “Dual Oven” which allows the chef to cook Deep Dish pizza in the high heat brick oven, and the hand tossed pizza in a wood fired oven, creating the name sake, Brick & Fire. Featuring the only true “Underground” wine cellar in Orlando, with over 3,000 bottles of wine. Ingenuity Engineers, Inc., and Vision IV Architects designed this restaurants re-make to a contemporary feel in a historical district.
